A note on visit availability: Membership visits are designed to provide excellent access and proactive care. While there is currently no set cap on visits per month, we ask members to use visits reasonably so we can serve everyone well. In the rare case that visit frequency becomes unusually high (for example, multiple visits most weeks over an extended period), we may have a supportive conversation to ensure care remains appropriate, efficient, and fair for all members.
